2,280,000 square meters of wilderness with deep forests, blue mountains, unexploited mountains and 220 kilometers of flowing water.

But despite all the wildness and grandeur, it's not nature that we primarily want to highlight. It's the people. The community. Everything that happens in the village.
Here, history has left its mark, traditions are deeply rooted and many still live on today. Cultural life is strong and there is a great interest in music – new generations of musical Lillhärdalen people are growing up here.
And perhaps most importantly: here there is a rare drive, a strong sense of belonging and a shared belief that nothing is impossible.
